Parametric Effects on the Mixing Efficiency of Resonant Acoustic Mixing Technology for High-Viscosity Mixture: A Numerical Study

Numerical investigations were conducted on the mixing efficiency of resonant acoustic (RAM) technology using a high-viscosity mixture under vertically forced vibrations. The density distribution was analyzed for high-melting explosive (HMX) and trinitrotoluene (TNT). effects time, amplitude, frequency, fill level, vessel geometry evaluated to determine their influence blend homogeneity process. results showed that amplitude frequency both have significant influences RAM With higher values very good, uniform achieved in much shorter time. At same it seen geometric changes did not affect process; contrast, varying level effect. This approach could potentially be used pharmaceutical blending, cosmetics, applications, where only small quantities active particle ingredients (APIs) can change behavior mixture.
